What are my payment options?
Deposit is taken by card payment or cash on confirmation of storage. Following months are paid by Standing Order for the period of storage.
How secure is your storage?
We have remote viewed CCTV and intruder alerting in a custom converted building that is secured by industry standard locking systems. Every storage room is secured by an individual digital lock you have the fob for. Because we are a working family farm, there is always someone on-site ensuring the security of the site 24x7, 365 days a year.
Do I have to supply my own padlock?
No, each storage room comes with a digital rim lock that is opened only by your own key fob which is all supplied for free.
Am I tied in to a lengthy storage agreement?
No, you are free to cancel your agreement with just one calendar month's notice, leaving you free to adapt to your changing situations.
Can I cancel my storage agreement at any time?
Yes, you just need to give one calendar month's notice in writing. That's it!
When can I access my storage unit?
You can come and go as you please to your storage unit between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and between 10am and 4pm on a Sunday. All we ask is that you text before you set off so that we can ensure that we keep a secure site.
I want to store items for my business, can I do this?
Unfortunately, we currently support domestic storage only, we do not permit storage for business use.
Is there power available in the storage units?
We do not supply any form of power in or around the storage units.
